Carlton Fisk arrested for DUI

The Chicago Sun Times Reports: 

Several witnesses had stated seeing Fisk’s truck going off a road in New Lenox, Illinois and into a field at about 7:20 PM on October 22, 2012.

When police officers reached the scene, they found Fisk unconscious at the wheel of his truck. The Sun-Times also reported an open bottle of vodka wasin the truck.

Fisk was taken to the hospital and was promptly arrested for misdemeanor DUI and improper lane usage upon his release. After posting his bond, he was scheduled to appear in court on November 29, 2012.

Carlton Fisk had played 24 years of professional baseball as a catcher with the Boston Red Sox and Chicago White Sox and was elected to the Hall of Fame in 2000.
